On Tuesday, June 12, 2012 at 5:30 p.m., the Philadelphia Lawyers' Chapter of the Federalist Society proudly presents:

Check-in and reception begins 5:00 p.m.  Program begins at 5:30 p.m.  Hors d'oeuvres and refreshments will be served.

This program is approved in Pennsylvania for one (1) hour of substantive CLE credit.  Registration fee is $15.00 for non-members, $5.00 for Federalist Society members and law students.

On Wednesday, June 6th, 2012 at 6:30 p.m., at the National Constitution Center, ConSource and the National Constitution Center's Peter Jennings Project will be hosting a program titled:

Health Care Reform’s Big Test:
Commerce and the Constitution

Distinguished law professors Jack Balkin of Yale Law School and Randy Barnett of Georgetown Law Center will lead the discussion, joined by Ilya Shapiro, Stephanos Bibas, Jamal Greene, and Neil Siegel. The event will be moderated by award-winning journalist John Hockenberry.
