Nathan A. Sales is Associate Professor of Law at the Syracuse University College of Law. He teaches and writes in the fields of national security law, counterterrorism law, administrative law, constitutional law, and criminal law.  Professor Sales’s scholarship has been cited by the U.S. Supreme Court multiple times, and has appeared in leading publications including the Alabama Law Review, Duke Law Journal, George Washington Law Review, University of Illinois Law Review, Journal of National Security Law and Policy (peer reviewed), Northwestern University Law Review, and Texas Law Review. A frequent contributor to public debates, his commentary has been featured by Agence France-Presse, The Atlantic, BBC, Christian Science Monitor, C-SPAN, France 24, Los Angeles Times, National Review Online, New York Times, NPR, Politico, U.S. News & World Report, Time, Wall Street Journal, and Washington Post. He has testified before Congress on numerous occasions.

Linda Chavez is chairman of the Center for Equal Opportunity, a non-profit public policy research organization in Sterling, Va. She also writes a weekly syndicated column that appears in newspapers across the country, is a political analyst for FOX News Channel, and hosts a syndicated, daily radio show on Liberty Broadcasting. Ms. Chavez authored "Out of the Barrio: Toward a New Politics of Hispanic Assimilation," which the Denver Post described as a book that "should explode the stereotypes about Hispanics that have clouded the minds of patronizing liberals and xenophobic conservatives alike." National Review describes her newest work, "An Unlikely Conservative: The Transformation of an Ex-Liberal," as a "brilliant, provocative, and moving book." In 2000, Ms. Chavez was honored by the Library of Congress as a "Living Legend" for her contributions to America's cultural and historical legacy.

Professor Blackman is an assistant professor of law at the South Texas College of Law and president of the Harlan Institute, a nonprofit dedicated to raising awareness about the Supreme Court and the Constitution. He is the author of Unprecedented: The Constitutional Challenge to Obamacare, and has published over a dozen law review articles about constitutional law, written numerous op-eds, and been interviewed about the Supreme Court by the New York Times, CNN, ABC News Radio, Reuters, The National Law Journal, The American Bar Association Journal, and Yahoo!
