Professor Blackman is an assistant professor of law at the South Texas College of Law and president of the Harlan Institute, a nonprofit dedicated to raising awareness about the Supreme Court and the Constitution. He is the author of Unprecedented: The Constitutional Challenge to Obamacare, and has published over a dozen law review articles about constitutional law, written numerous op-eds, and been interviewed about the Supreme Court by the New York Times, CNN, ABC News Radio, Reuters, The National Law Journal, The American Bar Association Journal, and Yahoo! News.

Check-in and reception begins 5:30 p.m.  Program begins at 6:00 p.m.  Hors d’oeuvres and refreshments will be served. 


Early Registration Fees: $20.00 for non-members, $10.00 for current members, law students, and clerks, with advance registration only.   

Prices will be $5.00 higher at the door.
