This is a CLE event not to be missed!  Former United States Solicitor General Paul Clement provides an analysis of the Supreme Court’s jurisprudence for the 2012-2013 Term, including discussion of cases that he personally argued before the Supreme Court.  Be sure to preregister to obtain a discounted price.
